Every time our system goes out and we call them, 1st they see your number and ignore your call. This I have proven by using a friend's phone which they answered quickly. 2nd. They never send anyone out to repair the problem. I have been waiting now 2 months for someone to come out. You pay all that money to them after thier sales rep promises you that there will never be any problems and if there is someone will respond quickly. I am seriously thinking about my legal options right now . Ok they arrived and repaired the problem and I hope it will last more than a few months. I have rated them 4 stars for yhe workers were very professional and completed the repairs quickly. The system is now working better than the day they installed the system, so I am grateful for this and appreciate the service. If there are no more issues I will give them 5 stars.

I can only recommend the company five stars, from the advice to the execution. My item (battery storage, housing electronics and so on makes a very high quality impression) was delivered earlier than expected and was installed immediately. Everything from the deposit offer and final invoice was perfect. No hidden costs were calculated.

Hello, Here is a summary report from me about my PV system from Hycube. Based on my thoughts about installing an air heat pump and the resulting additional electricity consumption, calculations of the increased electricity consumption then led to the desire for my own PV system. The basic conditions were favorable because our free-standing house has a sloping south-facing roof without any shading and additional areas were available. The Free State of Saxony was kind enough to promote a storage subsidy in January 2022. So I started with the premises of a sensible system size with storage and three-phase inverter. I met the Hycube consultant/seller during a professional telephone consultation on the topic of “Distances to neighbors (building regulations issues) in Saxony”. Hycube's fixed price offer fit my plans and included all services (including scaffolding for assembly (my roof starts at the eaves 9 m above the site)). Installation was promised for June/July 2022 and the system was registered with the network operator. You then have to make the entry in the market master data register yourself. My order was placed at the beginning of March 2022 based on the fixed price offer from February 14, 2022. The individual parts were later delivered sporadically and not always with the appropriate advance information after the 20% deposit had been paid. The on-site appointment with the assembly partner took place in April. In June, almost all parts were in place and the fitters installed the system's modules over a total of three days. A day in July 2022 was agreed upon for commissioning. On this day the assembly of the Hycuberack with the inverter and the battery modules took place. The meter could then be installed independently of the assembly company. Since then, solar power has been produced, stored, consumed, fed in and of course continued to be purchased. Based on my current experience, despite the heat pump, I was able to feed in more electricity than I used until the end of October and I assume that this will be the case again from the beginning of April at the latest. Overall, I am very satisfied with the system. The only point of criticism on my part is that deliveries were not announced in advance or were not announced in a timely manner. My neighbor was a bit overwhelmed with the 32 modules on the pallet, which was placed on the street. We then solved the problem together (good neighbors always pay off). These coordination problems were probably due to the many inquiries from enthusiastic solar enthusiasts and the delivery situation. The system is operated with the HycubeApp. The live data can also be seen here. Overall, this display does not always work correctly. But that doesn't matter because the total balance is correct according to my check. The tax software is constantly being developed. I have currently requested the additional function of time-controlled charging of the batteries (for storing cheap night-time electricity for my own needs) and I am curious to see when this option will be provided. An SG switching contact for the LWP was provided alongside another relay. Furthermore, a special heating element for warm water with three heating levels can be connected. A wallbox is also on offer and is addressed by the app. However, I did not choose these two options because replacing the existing solutions is not an issue for me. Briefly the key details of the system: 2 solar fields with 6 kWp each (16 modules each 375 watts - Solarfabrik Freiburg) Hycuberack with Imeon inverter 9.12 (12 kWp and 9 kW output option in three-phase current; emergency power capable with manual switching; 5 battery modules each 2.4 kW 48 V from Pylontech and space for three more as well as the query display) 10 year warranty

Terrible customer service, not reachable by phone or email. Poor callbacks despite an answering machine. Emails are answered weeks later, if at all. Preparation for installing the memory was poor. After 10 weeks of operation, a defect is now in the 3rd week, again appointments are not being met. You are left alone. I'm about to withdraw from the sale. I'm about to hire a lawyer. I have never experienced anything like this, I can only advise against this company. This refers to the service, not the product.

We also bought a system from Hycube and after 15 months we have a system that is somehow ready for operation, but it is still not complete. The problems here are not the well-functioning components of the Hycube company but the subcontractors commissioned by Hycube and the complete lack of willingness to communicate on the part of the Hycube company, despite numerous attempts on our part to communicate. When we did get someone on the phone, we always received a reassuring message that we'd get in touch, which unfortunately never happened, emails weren't answered at all and the ticket system was a pure deterrent to customers, in our example it hasn't been working since the beginning heating rod. After opening the ticket, we received the obligatory email of receipt and then even called briefly by phone. An agreed-upon telephone appointment was not accepted by Hycube. Then, after sending pictures back and forth, they realized that the problem could not be solved that way and informed us A fitter has to solve this on site, it's been a good 3 months now? The worst thing in our case, however, is that we still haven't received a proper electricity meter from our electricity network provider because after the first attempt they determined that an electrician would have to be on site again to do this work. That was at the beginning of September but Hycube, who are fully our business partner, are not able to accomplish this. As I said, we are in no way denouncing the products from Hycube and the fitters who put the fields on the roof and wired them up to the HWR were great, only what was predicted is really annoying and finally we can say the Stromsieger company I can't really recommend the people who were responsible for the electrical wiring in the HWR. We were given very good advice right from the start and after ordering, delivery came as planned. Setting up the PV system worked very well. We can only praise the assembly workers who did everything very quickly and professionally. My questions were always explained in a knowledgeable and understandable manner. If we had any questions about our system, we always received expert personal advice. We will recommend the company Hycube to friends and acquaintances, keep it up 👍 Here is the data from our PV system: 26 modules=~10Kwp Battery storage ~10Kwh HYCUBE tri.Active So far everything is going perfectly, but unfortunately there is still no good sunny weather at the moment. But I have to say that the system still generates a lot of electricity despite it being cloudy and thus reduces our electricity costs.
